The voucher is only accepted at Changi Recommends counters in Singapore Changi Airport.

The s denomination is in Singapore dollars and is not exchangeable for cash.

This voucher cannot be use in more than one transaction.

Please present the voucher (in your email) to collect the Octopus Card at the preferred Changi Recommends counter in the PUBLIC AREA of Singapore Changi Airport. The company will be not responsible for the loss or damage of the voucher.

Any alteration(s) on the voucher will not be accepted.

Voucher is valid for use to redeem at Changi Recommends within 180 days from the date of purchase.

An admin fee of 20% will be charged for processing any refunds. Changi Recommends reserves the rights, at its discretion, to accept refund request.

Refund process will take approximately 14 to 21 working days.

    Additional Information

    • Octopus Card is only available for adults currently
    • Children ages 3-11 years will have to purchase the cards at the MTR Customer Service Centre in Hong Kong.
    • Refund of the unused value in the card can be done at Counter A14 of Hong Kong International Airport (Terminal 1 Arrival). [AS1] [MT2] However, the card will not be returned to you.
    • If you wish to keep the card after refunding the unused value, you can do so at MTR Customer Service Centres at every MTR stations within Hong Kong.
    • Octopus card will no longer be valid for use once the unused value is refunded.
    • Octopus Card cannot be shared by more than one person traveling together on public transport.

    Refund for Unused Value in Octopus Card

    • Refund of the unused value in Octopus card can be done at the Customer Service counters in most of the MTR stations and Counter A14 in Hong Kong International Airport.
    • For refunds of the unused value made Counter A14 of Hong Kong International Airport (Terminal 1 Arrival), the card will not be returned to you.
    • If you wish to keep the card after refunding the unused value, you can do so at MTR Customer Service Centres at every MTR stations within Hong Kong.
    • A service fee of HKD$30 is imposed for refunding the unused value and will be deducted from the deposit of HKD$50.
    • refunds of the unused value above HKD$500, it will be returned to Octopus Cards Limited (HK) for processing. The transport card company will notify you on the refund arrangements.
    • If the Octopus card is damaged, please return it to Octopus Cards Limited (HK) for processing the refund of the unused value. The transport card company will advise and notify you on the arrangements.
    • If the Octopus Card issued by Octopus Cards Limited (HK) is on and after 1 October 2017 and has no value or payment made for three years, the card will be automatically be inactive.
    • Octopus Cards Limited (HK) reserves the rights, at their discretion, to amend and remove their refund policy without prior notice to their merchants and partners.
    • Changi Recommends, in this case, will not be responsible for any refund requests pertaining this concern.
