Cancellation to be made 3 days prior to departure date.
Wi-Fi router will be released if the collection is not made on the date indicated on the reservation form.
Passport required for collection.
Deposit of $50 in the form of authorization hold of credit card is required.
For Credit Card deposit we only accept Visa/Mastercard and Amex. We are unable to accept Unionpay.
Deposit must be made using credit card only.
Strictly Non-refundable for sim card reservation.
