Booking Confirmation:
After payment, you’ll receive an email with a confirmation voucher. The number on the voucher connects you directly to our Travel Concierge for any questions or clarifications about your booking.

Car Types: Toyota Alphard, Toyota Vellfire, or equivalent
Important Notes:
Please notify our Travel Concierge team at least 24 hours in advance if you need to change your pickup location, time, or have special requests.
Changes made less than 24 hours before your trip will incur a $20 fee.
We allow a 15-minute grace period at pickup. Beyond that, a $15 surcharge applies per 15-minute block, payable directly to the driver.
Example: If your pickup is at 8:00 AM and you arrive at 8:16 AM, a $15 waiting fee applies.
Note: Peak hour surcharge: $5/hour (5pm–8pm) (payment to be made directly at counter upon redemption).
All-Inclusive Pricing:
Your quoted price covers chauffeur services, tips, fuel, parking, midnight charges, highway tolls, congestion fees, and insurance.
Other charges not mentioned above are not included.
Travel Notes:
If your itinerary involves sea travel or locations inaccessible by car, pickups will be arranged at the nearest jetty.
Validity & Refunds:
Your booking is valid for 12 days from purchase.
Please note, all sales are final no refunds or cancellations.
Important to Note:
• Any changes to the pickup location, pick-up time, or additional requirements have to be informed to our customer service team within 24 hours.
• If any changes to the pickup location, pick-up time, or additional requirements is informed less than 24 hours, it will incur an additional fee of $20.
• There will be a 15-minute grace period and any additional waiting time incurred thereafter, a surcharge of $10 has to be paid directly to the driver for every 15 minutes block.
Example: if your scheduled pick up time is 8am, and if you arrive at 816am a additional $10 (per 15 minutes block time) waiting fee is incurred and is payable to driver directly.
Amount quoted includes chauffeur services, tips, fuel costs, parking fees, midnight charges, highway toll fees, congestion charges and insurance fees.
Unless otherwise stated, charges not mentioned above are not included in the amount quoted.

a. In the case where the travel itinerary involves sea transportation and location is inaccessible by car, pick-ups will be done at the corresponding jetty.
Validity & Refund Policy:
12 days from the date of purchase, No refunds/cancellations will be entertained.
