One-Way Airport Transfer with a 5-Seater Car
- Suitable for up to 4 passengers with 2 x 24-inch luggage
- Or up to 4 passengers without luggage
*Important Notes: If you are traveling with large or excessive luggage, please book a larger vehicle. Fewer passengers allow for more luggage space.
Pickup Timing:
Arrival Pickup (Based on Flight Number)
- Please enter only your scheduled landing time in the "Pickup Timing" field.
- The driver will monitor your flight status and provide 90 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the actual landing time.
- If your flight is delayed by more than 2 hours, please inform us in advance. A driver change may be required.
Departure or Hotel Pickup (Based on Selected Time)
- Please indicate your preferred pickup time.
- A maximum of 30 minutes complimentary waiting time will be provided from the scheduled time.
For departure transfers, be sure to allow 3 - 4 hours before your flight to account for travel time to the airport.
Child Safety Seats:
- Child car seats are mandatory for children (Taiwan ≤4 yrs; South Korea & Japan ≤6 yrs or taller than 140cm) in compliance with local laws.
- The driver reserves the right to deny service if a child requiring a car seat is not properly secured.
- Failure to comply may result in fines imposed by local authorities. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Transportation Details
- Booking includes either a selected one-way airport transfer or a day charter service.
- Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance to ensure chauffeur availability.
- Your chauffeur will meet you punctually at the hotel lobby or your designated pickup point.
- All prices for private charters are for transportation only. Attraction tickets or other services not explicitly mentioned are not included.
Important Notes
Waiting Charges (SGD 20-60) may apply in the following cases:
- Arrival Pick-ups: If waiting time exceeds 90 minutes after flight landing.
- Departure Pick-ups: If waiting time exceeds 30 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time at the designated pick-up point.
- Day Charter Service: If the service time exceeds the initially booked duration.
Holiday & Peak Period Surcharges
- Prices are not valid during peak periods, festive seasons, or calendar blackout dates, if any.
- Peak Season Surcharge:
SGD 30-110 per way for airport transfers
SGD 50-85 per service for day charters
- Please contact us in advance to confirm rates and availability during blackout dates.
Responsibility for Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information.
- No refunds will be issued for incorrect information provided during booking. Any changes resulting from such errors may incur additional charges.
Amendment Policy
- Free changes to name, contact number, or passenger count are allowed at least 4 working days before the scheduled pick-up.
- Changing the car model will incur additional fees, regardless of timing.
- Other amendments require a new booking and are subject to updated pricing based on exchange rates or seasonal rates.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All refund requests must be submitted via email to call@changirecommends.com.sg
- Refunds are subject to approval and will be processed within 14–21 business days via the original payment method.

Pricing Policy
- Prices are subject to change at the discretion of Changi Recommends and its partners due to:
- Exchange rate fluctuations
- Travel season variations
- Local public holidays or festive periods
- A holiday surcharge of SGD 30-110 may apply during affected periods.
Product Policy
- Vehicle images shown are for illustration purposes only. Actual car models may vary on the day of service.
- If your itinerary includes sea travel or locations inaccessible by car, pick-up will be arranged at the nearest accessible point.
Liability Policy
- Drivers will monitor flight status for early arrivals.
- Customers must ensure they are always reachable by phone.
- Customers are required to inform Changi Recommends in advance of any flight delays or emergencies.
- If the driver cannot be located, the customer should immediately contact Changi Recommends for assistance.
- Changi Recommends is not liable for any losses resulting from failure to follow these guidelines.
- Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice, at the discretion of the management.
Driver's Waiting Time Policy
- Arrival Transfers:
- The chauffeur will wait up to 90 minutes from the actual flight landing time.
- Additional charges of SGD 20 per hour for 5-seater car / SGD 36 per hour for 7-seater car will apply if waiting time exceeds the 90 minutes. (Kindly contact us for payment, driver will not collect cash from customer.)
- Departure Transfers:
- The chauffeur will wait up to 30 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time.
- Additional charges of SGD 20 per hour for 5-seater car / SGD 36 per hour for 7-seater car will apply if waiting time exceeds the 30 minutes. (Kindly contact us for payment, driver will not collect cash from customer.)
- Day Charter Service:
- Please be mindful of your booked service time and manage the time spent at each destination to avoid additional charges. If the service time or distance exceeds the initially booked duration or mileage, an additional fee will apply. (Kindly contact us for payment, driver will not collect cash from customer.)
- Fee for exceeding service time: SGD 25 per hour for 5-seater car / SGD 29 per hour for 7-seater car.
- Fee for exceeding mileage: SGD 2 per km for 5-seater car / SGD 3 per km for 7-seater car.
