For Daily high-speed plans: After exceeding the daily high-speed data, connection speed will be reduced to 128kbps.

For Total data plans: Speed will be reduced to 128kbps once the total high-speed data limit is exceeded.

This Denomination is in Singapore dollars and is not exchangeable for cash.

SIM Card Start-Up Guide

  1. Insert the SIM card only upon arrival at your destination.

    • If your device supports dual SIMs, insert the SIM into Slot 1.

  2. Enable both Mobile Data and Data Roaming in your phone settings.

  3. Configure the APN (Access Point Name) if required (see instructions below).

  4. Restart your phone after completing the setup to activate the connection.


 

APN Settings

For Android Devices:

  1. Go to:Settings > Wireless & Networks > Mobile Network > Access Point Names

  2. Tap "Create New APN"

  3. Enter the following:

    • Name: ctm-mobile

    • APN: ctm-mobile

  4. Tap Save

  5. Go back and select the newly created APN - ctm-mobile

  6. Ensure Mobile Data and Data Roaming are switched ON

For iPhone / iPad:

  1. Go to:
    Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Network

  2. In the APN field, enter:  ctm-mobile

  3. Go back and make sure both Mobile Data and Data Roaming are switched ON.
