How to register your Digi Sim card:
Step 1: Download Digi App (Appleand Andriod)
Step 2: Click “Activate Sim card”
Step 3: Choose your preferred language and activate sim.
Step 4: Scan the 20 Digit barcode at the back of the packaging.
Step 5: Enter Digi Mobile number at the back of the packaging.
Step 6: Choose your resident > Identification type > Scan your passport > Confirm your identity > Take a selfie.
Step 7: Validating your document > Registration complete.
* Non-Malaysians are required to use their passport for self-registration, while Malaysians can use their Malaysia IC (Identity Card) for self-registration.
** The SIM card will be activated after you have cleared Malaysian customs.
*** Please note that upon registering the SIM card, it will be activated on the first day.
