Q: How can I make a reservation after I have successfully signed up for the Affiliate program?

A: A web-link will be given in the confirmation email for you to log in and make reservations.

Q: What happens if customers need to change their reservation details? Will I still get the commission?

A: Customers can contact us on our various channels as stated below. Commissions will still be paid as long as it is a paid reservation.

Q. How can I start earning commission?

A. Log in to the web-link given and make the reservations. Commission will be paid for every paid reservation.

Q: Will the commission tier change?

A: Yes, it will change depending on the promotions from time to time.

Q: What is the commission tier like?

A: For example: Alex had 85 paid bookings for the month of October 2019. Total commission earned by Alex will be $295. Breakdown of commission as below:

For the 1st 50 paid reservations = $3 x 50 = $150
For 51-80 paid reservations = $4 x 30 = $120
For 81- 85 paid reservations = $5 x 5 = $25

Q: When will I be paid?

A: You will be paid 2 months after the reservations is paid, e.g., payment will be made by the 30th Nov for paid reservations in Sept.

Q: Will I get any commission for only reservations before/without payment?

A: No, you will only get commission for completed paid reservations.

Q: Can I get paid by bank transfer or other means?

A: No, we currently only pay by cheque sent to your mailing address or by PayNow. If you choose to be paid by PayNow, please ensure that the mobile registered with us is tied to your PayNow account.
