1. Download and launch the latest version of the MyDigi app. Then, tap on “Activate SIM”.
2. Scan your SIM card's barcode or manually enter the SIM card serial number.
3. Enter the mobile number found at the back of the SIM pack.
4. For Malaysians – please scan your identity document ( Mykad, My Tentera, MyPR, or MyKAS)
5. For non-Malaysians, please scan your identity document (Passport). Then, select the state and city you will be traveling to.
6. Snap a selfie.
7. Insert your SIM Card to complete the activation process.
** The SIM card will be activated after you have cleared Malaysian customs.
*** Please note that upon registering the SIM card, it will be activated on the first day.
