2. How do I top up my SIM Card?
a. Buy a Smart Card from a Smart Shop or any partner store.
b. Scratch the back of the card to reveal the PIN, and top up your own Smart number: Dial *888*(13-digit PIN)#.

3. Can I have the SIM Card delivered to me?
a. You can pick them up conveniently at your preferred Changi Recommends counters in Singapore Changi Airport.
b. That saves delivery fee too.
4. When do I have to redeem the voucher?
a. You may redeem it within 60 days from the purchase date.
5. My trip is cancelled and I don’t need the SIM Card. Can I get a refund?
a. Yes, a 20% fee of the original cost will be applied, and a refund may take up to 14-21 working days.
6. Should I activate my SIM Card before or after landing in Cambodia?
a. Only activate your card when you have landed in Cambodia.
b. Yes, you can send SMS texts. Please refer to Table 2 below for more information on the charges for sending SMS text to another SMART Card, a SIM Card of another network, and sending an international SMS.

8. How long does my credit or SIM Card last? Can my balance or the SIM Card itself expire?
a. Yes, your SIM Card will expire. Please refer to the table above to know your card expiry based on the option selected. The duration will start when the card is first activated.
9. Will I be able to top up and use the same SIM & number for my next travels?
a. You may top up and use the same SIM Card if your next travel is within the period stated in Table 1. The card cannot be used or topped up when expired.
10. Can my relative/friend pick up my SIM Card for me?
a. No, you would have to present the voucher to collect your SIM Card.
11. Can I change the pick-up location of my pre-order?
a. You may approach any of our Changi Recommends counters to redeem your SIM Cards by presenting the vouchers. No selection of pick-up location is needed.
12. Will the SIM card work with my handset and/or tablet?
a. Yes, the SIM card will work for both handsets and tablets.
13. If I have a dual SIM Card slot, can my local data plan remain active while the SMART SIM Card is activated at the same time?
No, you will need to:
a. Remove your Singapore SIM Card from SIM Card Slot 1.
b. Insert the SMART SIM Card into SIM Card Slot 1 and activate the data.
14. Can I use this card if I enter a neighbouring country?
a. No, this card can only be used in Cambodia.
15. Do I need to configure the data settings?
a. No, the data configuration process is automatic. If there are any issues, you may reach out to SMART’s helpdesk at 888, or +85510200888.
