REDEMPTION PROCESS GUIDE FOR STAFF
Step 1: Login to www.changirecommends.com/partner.
Step 2: Key in your Email & Password.
Step 3: Key in customer’s voucher Redemption Code found on printed voucher or sms.
Step 4: Ask for customer’s Date of birth (day and month). Enter into system.
Step 5: Click on REDEEM button.
Step 6: Once you see the ‘SUCCESS’ message, proceed to allow customer redemption.
Step 7: If you see the ‘WARNING’ message, verify information and try again.
