Changi Luggage Delivery service takes the hassle of depositing your luggage at the concierge or the luggage storage when you arrive or depart and free your time to do the things you want to do, without worry. 

How does it work? Travellers can book Changi Luggage Delivery online prior to their travel to Singapore. Once you are landed, you only need to approach any of our service counters to leave your luggage and we will deliver it safely to your hotel via our professional service team.

Please note that laptops in bags that you decide to leave with us need to be inspected as part of our security requirements.  

Terms & Conditions


- You will receive a confirmation email and voucher instantly after booking.

- In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via handsfree@changirecommends.com.sg.

- If you need to change or cancel the booking, please notify us and wait for confirmation at least 24 hours before the scheduled date and time, otherwise you will be charged 100% of your booking.


Important notes: 

- Each piece of luggage must not exceed 32 inches (length and width total 180 cm), and must not exceed 32kg. If the size of luggage exceeds 32 inches (length and width total 180cm), additional charges will apply at $25 (payable at the counter).

- Your luggage should either a suitcase, carton boxes, backpack, duffel bag or briefcase.

- Personal belongings such as passport, flight documents and other important personal items should not be placed in the luggage and CTS will not be liable for loss of the mentioned belongings.

- Please do check your luggage upon pick up. You can take a photo if you find something amiss, please do contact our customer service personnel.

- Once the luggage is confirmed as received by customer, the service is completed and CTS will not bear any responsibility of loss or damaged luggage.

- Compulsory security checks will be done upon handing over of luggage at our service counter and in the event there is prohibited/suspicious items detected, the relevant authority will be informed and Changi Handsfree will reserve the right to refuse of accepting the luggage even though reservation is made. Customer will bear all the losses and any legal liabilities.

- Upon checkout of accommodation, kindly drop off your luggage at the front desk or concierge of your hotel and inform them Changi Handsfree delivery personnel will be picking up the luggage.

- All luggage delivered by us comes with an insurance that covers up to 200 SGD per luggage (relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage) and does not include luggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations or airfare costs.

How to Book
1. Select the number of luggage to send (1 pc2 pcs3 pcs, and 4 pcs
2. Select the starting location and destination for delivery 
3. Select the size of the luggage
4. Select the date and time 
5. Provide the name on your hotel reservation

*Before you to payment, you will be required to provide your contact details. Once the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email.

How to Use
- Please present either a printed or mobile voucher at Changi Luggage Delivery counter in Singapore Changi Airport T1-3 to send your luggage.
- The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified.
- You will be provided with an emergency contact details.
- To receive your luggage, you must present your passport or photo ID to confirm your identity.

 *Service is inclusive of:
- Luggage delivery service (one-way)
- High security luggage storage
- Per luggage insurance (up to SGD 200 per article)
- Luggage delivery service from Changi Airport to Singapore Hotels and from Singapore Hotels to Changi Airport.
- Drop off your luggage between 7am-1pm.
- Receive your luggage from 6pm onwards at hotel location provided.
- This service is only available for delivery between hotels, and NOT available for Airbnb.
