- This voucher is valid only at Changi Recommends counters at Singapore Changi Airport.
- Voucher value is in Singapore dollars and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Each voucher can only be used in one transaction.
- Lost or damaged vouchers will not be replaced.
- Altered or expired vouchers will not be accepted or refunded.
- Vouchers are valid for 60 days from the date of purchase.
- A 20% administrative fee applies to refunds.
- Refund processing takes approximately 14–21 working days.
- The SIM card is not recommended for use in Wi-Fi routers, MiFi devices or similar equipment.

Important Usage Information
- Age Requirement
Customers must be at least 18 years old. Each person may register one SIM card.
- 4G Plans
- Unlimited data with hotspot sharing supported. Free access to Chunghwa Telecom Wi-Fi hotspots is included.
- 5G Plans
- Hotspot sharing is supported with the following allowances:
- 3 Days — 3GB
- 5 Days — 5GB
- 7 Days — 7GB
- 10 Days — 10GB
- 15 Days — 15GB
- 30 Days — 30GB
- Free access to Chunghwa Telecom Wi-Fi hotspots is included.
- Additional call credit can be purchased during the SIM validity period at convenience stores in Taiwan, including 7-Eleven and FamilyMart.
- Minimum top-up: NT$300.
- Unused balance is non-refundable after expiry. Once activated, the SIM validity period cannot be extended or reused.
- To use voice services, including Taiwan emergency numbers 110, 119 and 112, please ensure your device supports VoLTE and that VoLTE is enabled.
